Michael Mundy — Architectural Digest OCT. ’18

October is one of our favorite months of the year, and this one begins with our photographer Michael Mundy’s cover story for Architectural Digest of decorator Michael Smith’s Park Avenue masterwork.

Michael Mundy has the unique gift of capturing the beauty of a room and transforming its very essence into visual poetry.  His eye to detail and lighting, along with his innate ability to bring the best out of a space is what has led many coveted clients to seek him out.

“What I love about these images is that there is so little retouching or styling. The rooms are what you see—quiet slices of perfection. They are not simply decorated rooms, they are a culmination of years of perfecting the art of living and learning and growing. This is infused in every piece of furniture, every object, every design decision made. This is definitely one of Michael Smith’s masterpieces.”
